How is it that you are feeling overstimulated and bored at the same time?
You’re not lazy. Quite the opposite actually.
Over performance, Identity Fatigue. Too many tabs open. Healing. Hustle.
Whew. It’s a lot. *pulls covers up over her head*
But Also, Not Your Fault.
In this episode I’m getting a little raw and very real.
Life before teams meetings, slack channels, email folders and being overcommitted while underwhelmed.
Who you used to be - that version of you who danced till dawn, colored on the living room floor, played dress up, dared someone to race you, and didn’t need a plan or a ring light to do it.
You did it just because it felt..good.
So this summer, I’m bringing it back. And I’m inviting you to do the same. This isn’t a 30 day challenge. It’s a soft (but wildly effective) personal intervention.
I’m trying new hobbies this summer. I’m revisiting old ones.
Not to get better at it. Not to make it my whole personality (honestly, my credit score can’t handle another “thing”).
But to feel like myself again, or maybe for the first time.
To get out go my head, off my couch, and hop back into my life.
