The Purge (Part 2)
this is the part everyone avoids - because it works
The Honeymoon is Over.
Yesterday we talked about self- sovereignty.
We named what we actually want - not what Tik Tok Shop told us to want. That was the fun part.
Dreaming is easy.
Today is where most people check out.
Because today we clear space.
And if you’re anything like me, you want to skip straight to the pretty part. The images. The “living my best life”. The vibes. ✌️But you can’t build anything real on top of burnout.
“You can’t build on a cracked foundation”
You don’t need more inspiration. You need room.
Room in your calendar. Room in your brain. Room in your nervous system. Room to move.
This session is short, but it’s necessary. It’s designed to help you move through the resistance that shows up right here - when things stop being cute and start being honest.
Because when you avoid discomfort or challenging tasks, your brain reinforces the neural pathways for avoidance, making it easier to procrastinate or stick to old habits; but if you, consistently do hard things it builds new pathways for resilience and action, reshaping your brain's default responses over time
and baby girl the times are calling for resilience
Quick note: This video doesn’t go public on my YouTube until Saturday morning. You’re getting it early because you’re here and that matters to me 🫶.
Your assignment today: The Purge
Download your companion workbook if you haven’t already it can be in yesterday’s letter.
do this like you mean it.
Before you begin video 2
Don’t overthink it… and write down:
10 things you’re done carrying into 2026 (obligations, roles, expectations, “shoulds”)
3 non-negotiables you’re protecting this year
1 thing you’re committing to even if it’s uncomfortable
Be ruthless.
If you want to burn it, shred it, cross it out, scribble until the page rips… do your thing (safely). Please do not accidentally set the block on fire and then blame me.
The point is: we’re clearing so you’re not dragging old weight into a new chapter.
And just to be clear: if you’re watching this like entertainment, it won’t work.
If you do the work, it will.
I’ll see you Saturday for the finale - where we put the pieces together.
